Pending before the Court is defendant Lance Lamont Gatling's pro se Motion to Modify Term of Imprisonment Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) based on Amendment 591 to the Sentencing Guidelines. After careful consideration of the motion, the government's opposition, Gatling's reply, and the record in this case, the Court finds that Amendment 591 has no bearing on Gatling's sentence.
