Tracy and Paul Adams have sued J. Myers Builders, Inc. ("Myers") for negligently starting a fire that destroyed their home and its contents. A Myers employee allegedly caused the fire by improperly disposing of material contaminated with a wood preservative, which combusted. Each party moves in limine to preclude certain of the other party's expert witnesses from testifying at the upcoming jury...
