Plaintiff Kevin Captain has sued ARS National Services for violating the FDCPA, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., when ARS attempted to collect on a debt that Captain owed to Citibank. The court previously granted ARS's motion to dismiss, but the Seventh Circuit reversed...
