In this case, plaintiffs seek review of an arbitrator's decision denying plaintiffs' request for a reduction in their state bar dues. Now before the court is plaintiffs' "motion to remand," in which plaintiffs ask the court to vacate the arbitrator's award and remand the case to the arbitrator for a decision. Dkt. 16.
