This action is before the court on the USCIT Rule 56.2 motion for judgment on the agency record of plaintiffs Searing Industries, Southland Tube Inc., and Western Tube Conduit Corporation. By their motion, plaintiffs challenge the final results of the United States Department of Commerce's ("Commerce" or the "Department") antidumping investigation of Nexteel, Co., Ltd. ("Nexteel") for the period of investigation April 1, 2006 through March 31, 2007....
