Ogle, who contends that the Defendant, Rick Hocker, caused him to suffer damages through several acts of defamation as well as an intentional infliction of emotional distress ("IIED").1 On March 11, 2005, the Court granted a summary judgment in favor of Hocker with respect to the defamation claim....
