Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment filed by the Defendant, Gengras Motor Cars, Inc. ("Gengras"). The Plaintiff, Robert Spano, brought this suit claiming Gengras' termination of his employment violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621
