MEMORANDUM OPINION

RICHARD J. LEON, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on defendant Timothy Harrison's renewed motion for summary judgment.1 For the reasons discussed below, the Court will grant summary judgment for defendant on the ground that he is entitled to and protected by qualified immunity.2
