Buckles, which recommends that this Court grant defendant Michael Kelly Taylor's motion to suppress evidence [Doc. # 19]. The government filed a statement of objections to the report and recommendation [Doc. # 37], as allowed by 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C).
