In this action, Plaintiffs challenge the constitutionality of an ordinance enacted by Defendant Marion County, Georgia to regulate outdoor recreation camps (the "Ordinance"). Presently pending before the Court are cross-motions for summary judgment (Docs. 16 & 19).
