This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay or Dismiss the Action; and Plaintiff's Motion to Remand. Both parties have briefed the issues. The Court declines to hear oral argument pursuant to E.D.Mich. LR 7.1. For the following reasons, the Court GRANTS Defendant's Motion to compel arbitration and stay or dismiss the action; and DENIES
