On February 23, 2009, following five days of trial, a jury convicted Jose L. Reyes-Guerrero ("Reyes-Guerrero") and Juan A. Mieses ("Mieses") of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine in violation of Title 21, U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and § 846.
