This matter is before the Court on Defendant Stewart Title Guarantee Company's Notice of Removal (docket # 1). Stewart Title invokes the Court's removal and diversity jurisdiction, but removal is improper because multiple defendants in this action are Michigan citizens. See 28 U.S.C. § 1441(b).
