The present cause of action arises out of an alleged oral agreement between Plaintiff Cycalona Gowen and Defendant Tiltware LLC, its affiliates, and alleged shareholders or officers. Gowen claims she kept her end of the bargain, but that Tiltware and the other Defendants did not. As a result, Gowen claims she is owed $40 million in damages.
