MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment [Docket Entry # 77], filed by Defendants Frank Wohl ("Wohl") and Lankier, Seiffert & Wohl, L.L.P. ("LSW"). Having considered the parties' extensive briefing, supporting evidence, and the applicable law, the Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED.
