Gordon Poll and Poll Farms produced hogs on farmland that they leased from Joseph, Kathleen, and Laverne Kusper. The Kuspers are now suing Poll and Poll Farms for two counts of breach of contract, promissory estoppel, and unjust enrichment all relating to the lease of the farmland.
