This matter comes before the court on two motions for summary judgment. One of the motions was filed by Cello Energy, LLC ("Cello"), Boykin Trust, LLC ("Boykin Trust"), Jack W. Boykin ("Jack"), and Allen Boykin ("Allen" and, collectively with Cello, the Boykin Trust, and Jack, "the Cello Defendants"). (Doc. 294). That motion is fully briefed and ripe for ruling.
