Plaintiff Hartford Insurance Company of the Midwest ("Hartford") filed this diversity action against Defendants seeking damages for legal malpractice (Count I), equitable subrogation (Count II), legal malpractice as third-party beneficiary (Count III), and breach of contract as third-party beneficiary (Count IV).
