Plaintiff Vielka Amantes was seriously injured when her hair became caught in a bag machine that she was using during the course of her employment. In this civil action for monetary relief, she alleges that her injuries were caused by defendant B & R Machine Inc.'s negligent design, manufacture, assembly, distribution and sale of the machine and that defendant is strictly liable for its acts and omissions...
