Plaintiff Ashleigh Frankle purchased a clothes dryer from defendant Best Buy Stores, L.P. ("Best Buy"), and paid Best Buy to install it in her home. Frankle alleges that Best Buy installed the dryer with a metal foil vent, which violated specific safety warnings affixed to the dryer by the dryer's manufacturer.
