This matter is before the Court on plaintiff's Motion for Reversal of the Social Security Decision Unfavorable Decision [sic] Dated February 9, 2006 and defendant's Motion for Judgment of Affirmance. For the reasons discussed below, the Court will deny the former and grant the latter.
