Plaintiffs are a class of juvenile parolees who sued various state officials and agencies in order to obtain changes in parole revocation procedures. Upon the stipulation of the parties, the court awarded injunctive relief several months ago. Plaintiffs now seek attorney's fees and costs. Also pending is plaintiffs' motion for costs and fees associated with the magistrate judge's May 14, 2008, 2008...
