Plaintiff Thomas Stallings alleges that on December 27, 2006, defendant Stuart Cohen negligently injured him in a vehicle collision on Highway 400 in Butler County, Kansas. According to the second amended complaint, plaintiff's vehicle and a pickup truck were both stopped behind a semitractor that was making a left turn, when a semi-tractor/trailer driven by Cohen ran into the back of plaintiff...
