This suit arises from a fire that damaged a nacelle, which is part of a wind turbine generator. The nacelle was manufactured in India and shipped to the Port of Houston for inland transport to Minnesota. The fire occurred after the nacelle had been unloaded from the ship at the Port of Houston, during preparations for transport on a truck-trailer.
