This lawsuit involves allegations of unfair practices in the procurement of a residential mortgage. The plaintiffs—Choisimene Morilus, Christopher Celian, and Filonise Celian—have brought multiple federal and state claims alleging that the defendants1 engaged in negligent and/or deceptive mortgage lending practices.
