The Court finds MetLife abused its discretion as Plan Administrator for the Raytheon Long Term Disability Plan when it found Plaintiff was not disabled as of April 18, 2005 and terminated her benefits. The Court grants Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment and denies Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment.
