DECISION AND ORDER

LYNN ADELMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Kathleen Finch borrowed money from defendant, Wisconsin Auto Title Loans, Inc., and subsequently sued defendant in state court, alleging violations of the Wisconsin Consumer Act, other Wisconsin statutes and Wisconsin common law. Defendant removed the action, and plaintiff now asks me to remand the case to state court based on the absence of federal question jurisdiction.
