On June 26, 2007, Plaintiff, Mary Erin Miller, filed her Complaint (#1) against Defendant, Ameritech Long Term Disability Plan. Plaintiff brought her action under section 502(a)(1)(B) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), as amended (29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B)).
