Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commissions ("SEC") filed a Complaint in this case alleging that Defendant Joseph Grendys and three Co-Defendants aided and abetted violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by signing and returning audit confirmation letters that Defendants knew, or were reckless in not knowing, were materially false.
