This matter comes before this Court on Nathan Sasonov's ("Petitioner") Petition seeking a writ of habeas corpus, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (2008). Petitioner contends that his trial counsel's performance fell so far below accepted standards of professional conduct that he was deprived of his Sixth Amendment right to counsel.
