ORDER AND JUDGMENT*

Michael Lynn Cash filed a pro se complaint asserting claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The district dismissed the complaint for failure to state a claim. He now appeals. Exercising jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm.
