MEMORANDUM*

Susan Mae Polk appeals the district court orders dismissing her claims for declaratory and injunctive relief and granting summary judgment against her for failure to exhaust her administrative remedies under the Prison Litigation Reform Act. See 42 U.S.C. § 1997e(a). We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We affirm.1
