Sherman Alexander Lynch, a Utah inmate proceeding pro se, appeals the district court's denial of his Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b)(1) motion for relief from judgment. Exercising jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm.
