Jorge Leal used a dating application to arrange a sexual encounter with a fifteen-year-old male. Unbeknownst to Leal, FBI agents were posing as the fifteen-year-old, and Leal was arrested when he attempted to meet the minor. A jury convicted Leal of attempted enticement of a minor. He now appeals the district court's denial...
