A jury convicted Marcus Nelson of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The district court2 sentenced him to a term of 300 months in prison. Nelson appeals his conviction, and we affirm.
