This is the second time Raymond R. Valas, III has challenged his conviction before this court. On direct appeal in 2016, we affirmed his conviction for "engaging in a commercial sex act with a minor in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1591." United States v. Valas, 822 F.3d 228
