ORDER

Brian Eines, an Indiana prisoner, appeals the entry of summary judgment for the prison officials he sued for violating his Eighth Amendment rights by ignoring his heat exhaustion and a cut on his forehead. Because no reasonable jury could find that the defendants acted with deliberate indifference to Eines's condition, we affirm.
