Shaykh Muhammad Al Saud is Muslim, and is incarcerated at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Eyman. He claims that he is unable to pray five times a day, as the Qur'an requires, because he is housed with people who harass him as he prays. He alleges that his faith requires that he live only with other Muslims...
