OPINION

Plaintiff Jeanne King, a former employee of Defendant Steward Trumbull Memorial Hospital (the "Hospital"), sued the Hospital alleging violations of the Family Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), 29 U.S.C. § 2601, et seq.; the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12112, et seq.
