Linda Zotigh of Hammon, Oklahoma was murdered and her trailer, in which her boyfriend Tommy Dean Bullcoming also periodically resided, was set on fire. The day after law enforcement found Ms. Zotigh's body, they arrested Mr. Bullcoming pursuant to a warrant for failure to appear in court on an earlier marijuana possession...
