A jury convicted Isaiah Henderson of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2). The presentence investigation report (PSR) determined that Henderson's base offense level was 24 based on prior Iowa and Illinois convictions for controlled substance offenses.
