Early on January 1, 2014, Deputy Kyle Wilson of the Mayes County Sheriff's Office drove to the home of Shane Bridges in response to a call that Mr. Bridges was intoxicated and possibly suicidal. Within seconds of his arrival at the home, he had fired 13 rounds from his semiautomatic handgun at Mr. Bridges, hitting him twice...
