A jury convicted Zam Lian Mung for the attempted commercial sex trafficking of a minor. The district court1 sentenced Mung to 120 months of imprisonment and imposed a $5,000 special assessment. Mung challenges his indictment, the jury instructions, and the special assessment. We affirm.
