Brian Barthman pled guilty to one count of possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B), (b)(2). In a prior appeal, we vacated his sentence and remanded for resentencing because the district court committed plain error
