The defendant, Yarlin Garcia, pled guilty to a drug offense, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B), but reserved his right to appeal the district court's denial of his motion to suppress the drug evidence as having resulted from a search unlawful under the Fourth Amendment.
