This case concerns a contract dispute between landlord Gator Swansea Property, LLC ("Gator") and tenant 58 Swansea Mall Drive, LLC ("Swansea") that arose under their lease (the "Ground Lease") to a shopping center premises in Swansea, Massachusetts. Swansea subleased a portion of the premises to various retailers.
