Defendant Gregory Lozado appeals the district court's denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion to vacate his sentence. In his § 2255 motion, Mr. Lozado contended that his sentence must be vacated based on the Supreme Court's decision in Johnson v. United States, 576 U.S. 591, 135 S.Ct. 2551
