After his discharge from the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office, Blake Liscomb sought unpaid overtime compensation. He alleges that a state prosecutor—Henry Boyce—retaliated against him for doing so. The district court1 found that Liscomb failed to state a claim. We affirm.
