In September 2018, we affirmed Carlos Cruz-Rivera's convictions for three counts of carjacking, see 18 U.S.C. § 2119, and three counts of using or carrying a firearm during a crime of violence, see 18 U.S.C. § 924(c), for which he was sentenced to 872 months in prison.
