In 1987 James Dailey was convicted of murdering 14-year-old Shelly Boggio and sentenced to death. In the 33 years since Dailey's trial, he has filed a direct appeal, four state postconviction motions, two state habeas petitions, two federal habeas petitions, one Rule 60(b) motion, and one Rule 60(d) motion.
